"Belinda was the first to greet me when I was recruited. She wasn't wearing her armor then, just a plain wool dress, and I thought she was a Chantry sister -- perhaps a scribe or nurse, but not someone who'd pick up a sword and wade into battle. I saw a sweet, friendly young woman and I underestimated her. I'm not proud. The next day destroyed my assumptions, thank the Maker. We were sent on a mission to rescue pilgrims. Seeing Belinda in full templar gear was surprising enough, but what really set me straight was watching her send an abomination flying with a blow from her shield. Of course, she turned right around once the danger was eliminated, clapped her hands, and cheered. It was the same young woman I met the day before.
